Firm platform vs. solo consultant
The solo plan gives a consultant their own placement tools. The firm plan adds the operations, compliance, and oversight that run the whole business.

Why it's priced this way
Pay for the bench you market — not per head.
Legacy platforms charge enterprise rates per user and still leave out bench sales, visa tracking, and hotlist broadcast. C2C Central charges a flat base, then $30 only for each consultant you're actively marketing — so the price scales with your pipeline, not your headcount.
Example: a 10-seat bench
Unlimited recruiter, manager, and owner logins. Every tool for all of them, included.
Pricing FAQ
Answers before you ask
How does firm pricing work?
Firms pay a $299/month base for the platform, plus $30/month for each bench consultant seat they market on it. The base covers unlimited recruiter, manager, and owner logins — you only pay per bench seat, not per employee.
What does the $39/month solo plan include?
The standalone consultant plan includes the AI resume generator, application tracking across portals, and a personal pipeline. It's built for solo bench consultants running their own placement search — no firm required.
If a firm pays for my bench seat, do I also pay $39?
No. There is no double billing. Each $30/month bench seat a firm pays for already includes full consultant portal access — resumes, tracking, and a personal pipeline. The $39/month standalone plan is only for consultants not on a firm's platform.
Are there long-term contracts?
No long-term lock-in. Firm and solo plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Firms can add or remove bench seats as their pipeline changes.
How is this different from a legacy ATS like Bullhorn or JobDiva?
Legacy platforms charge enterprise rates without bench sales, visa tracking, LCA wage checks, or hotlist broadcast. C2C Central is built natively for corp-to-corp operations and priced for the firms that actually run them.
