Everything you want to know, answered.
Pricing, the platform, visa and LCA compliance, security, and getting started — the questions corp-to-corp firms and bench consultants ask us most. Still stuck? Our team knows this space cold.
Pricing
Staffing firms pay $299 per month for the base platform plus $30 per month for each bench consultant seat on the platform. Solo bench consultants who are not part of a firm can use a standalone plan for $39 per month. There are no separate add-on fees.
No. A firm seat at $30 per month already includes full consultant portal access — AI resumes, application tracking, and a personal pipeline. The solo $39 plan is only for independent contractors who are not on a firm's platform.
Yes. Seat counts are flexible. As you onboard new bench consultants you add seats, and as placements roll off you remove them. Billing adjusts to the seats active on the platform.
C2C Central is offered month to month with no long-term contract required. Annual options are available for firms that want them, and we will walk through the trade-offs during a demo.
Platform
It replaces the patchwork most corp-to-corp firms run on today: a legacy ATS, a stack of spreadsheets, and scattered chat threads. Bench management, submissions, recruiter performance, the application tracker, visa compliance, and hotlist broadcast all live in one system.
Those tools were built for general staffing and bolted C2C workflows on afterward. C2C Central is built natively around how corp-to-corp firms work — bench, submissions, markup, hot skills, visa status, and hotlist broadcast are first-class concepts, not custom fields. It also runs faster than the legacy platforms.
Owners and Directors see the entire operation — every recruiter, candidate, and metric. Managers see and coach their own team. Recruiters work their daily queue of candidates and jobs. Every screen and action respects the role.
Yes. You give it a raw consultant profile and a job requirement, and it produces a polished, role-matched consultant resume in seconds — aligning hot skills and experience to what the requirement is asking for, ready to attach to a submission.
Yes. Hotlist Broadcast pushes your available bench to your vendor network in one click, so your hot skills reach the people sourcing requirements without copy-pasting into a dozen email threads.
Compliance
Yes. The platform tracks visa timelines and hard expiry dates for OPT, STEM OPT, EAD, H1B, and TN status, and alerts you well before a deadline so a consultant's work authorization never lapses unnoticed.
C2C Central helps you track LCA prevailing-wage obligations for H1B consultants on the bench, with wage tracking tied to the end-client work location rather than your firm's location — the basis the prevailing wage must actually be measured against.
Yes. Compliance tracking reflects current immigration form requirements, including the I-129 overhaul that took effect in early 2025, so your filings stay aligned with the version that is actually accepted.
No. C2C Central surfaces deadlines, wage obligations, and documentation so nothing slips, but it is an operational tool, not legal advice. You should always work with qualified immigration counsel for filings and legal determinations.
Security
No. Firm-level data isolation is absolute and enforced at the data layer. Every record is scoped to a single firm, so no Owner, Manager, or Recruiter can read or write another firm's candidates, submissions, or metrics — through the interface or the API.
Yes. All traffic is protected with TLS in transit, and data — including resumes and compliance documents — is encrypted at rest in Google Cloud. Keys are managed by the platform and never exposed to clients.
The SOC 2 Type II program is in progress, covering security, availability, and confidentiality. The platform is aligned with GDPR and CCPA today — supporting data subject access, deletion, and opt-out rights — and a Data Processing Addendum is available to firms that need one.
Yes. Every application, submission, and response is logged with the actor, the action, and the timestamp. The same audit trail that powers recruiter scorecards doubles as a compliance record.
Getting started
Most firms are live within a few days. You can import your existing bench and active submissions, invite your recruiters and managers, and start working your pipeline immediately. Our team helps with migration from a legacy ATS so nothing is left behind.
Yes. We support migration from legacy systems like Ceipal, JobDiva, and Bullhorn, including your candidates, submissions, and activity history. We will scope the migration during onboarding so your team starts on day one with the data they need.
Yes. Book a demo and we will walk through the platform live against your real workflow — bench, submissions, recruiter performance, and compliance — so you can see exactly how it fits before you switch.
